UNTHEMED Giveaway Terms and Conditions
1. Eligibility
The giveaway is open only to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over at the time of entry. Participants must have visited the UNTHEMED | Celebration of Creativity exhibition in person and completed the feedback questionnaire in full. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of DMAC or its associated partners are not eligible to enter.
2. Entry
To enter, participants must complete the feedback form in full and submit their details as requested. Only one entry per person will be accepted. Duplicate or incomplete entries will be disqualified.
3. Prize
Winners will receive a curated selection of small and medium-sized original artworks from those exhibited during the UNTHEMED | Celebration of Creativity exhibition. The selection of artwork is at the sole discretion of the curators and organisers. Prizes are non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, and cannot be returned or exchanged.
4. Winner Notification and Delivery
Winners will be contacted via the email address provided in the form after the announcement, which will be made at the end of September. Winners must respond within 7 days to claim their prize. Failure to respond may result in forfeiture of the prize and the selection of an alternative winner. DMAC will arrange delivery of the prize to the winner at the address provided; any delivery costs will be covered by DMAC.
5. General Conditions
DMAC reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the giveaway if any factor beyond its reasonable control affects the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the giveaway. DMAC accepts no responsibility for entries lost, delayed, or corrupted in transmission. By entering, participants agree to participate in any publicity associated with the giveaway and for DMAC to use their feedback and first name for promotional purposes.
6. Privacy
Personal data collected as part of this giveaway will be used solely for the purposes of administering the giveaway and contacting the winner. Data will be handled in accordance with the UK GDPR and DMAC’s privacy policy.
7. Limitation of Liability
DMAC shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in the giveaway or the use of any prize, except as required by law.
8. Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
